No. The widths overlap - both run from 180 mm to 450 mm - but the pitch and link count differ. A 400 mm CTL track is 400 × 86 × 49 to 56; a 400 mm mini excavator track is 400 × 72.5 × 68 to 76. Same width, different pitch and link count, so they are not interchangeable. Always confirm all three numbers against your specific machine make and model.
